The hub where Nigeria's next digital generation learns, builds, and gets online.
Habaglos Digital Hub is a community-rooted digital center offering hands-on skills training, results-driven digital marketing services, and everyday cyber café and document services — all under one roof.
What is Habaglos Digital Hub?
Across Nigeria, a quiet but urgent gap continues to widen: the gap between the digital economy the world is building and the number of people equipped to participate in it meaningfully. Young graduates leave school without a marketable digital skill. Small business owners run shops and services with enormous local reputations but almost no presence online. Everyday citizens still lose hours navigating simple tasks — printing a document, filling an online form, or scanning an ID — because the nearest reliable digital access point is inconveniently far, poorly equipped, or unreliable.
Habaglos Digital Hub exists to close that gap, one person and one business at a time. It is not simply a training center, not just a marketing agency, and not only a cyber café — it is all three, deliberately combined into a single physical and digital hub. The idea behind this structure is simple: digital inclusion is not one problem, it is three interlocking problems — skill, visibility, and access — and solving only one of them leaves the others unresolved.
At Habaglos, a student can walk in to learn graphic design in the morning, a shop owner can drop by in the afternoon to have their Instagram page professionally set up, and a job seeker can print and submit an application online before the day is done. This is the everyday rhythm of the hub, and it is precisely why the community has come to see it not as a shop, but as a resource.
The idea for Habaglos did not begin as a business plan drawn up in a boardroom. It began as an observation, repeated so often that it eventually demanded a response: talented young people with no outlet for that talent, business owners working twice as hard as they needed to because no one could find them online, and ordinary residents losing entire afternoons to tasks that should take minutes. Habaglos was built to respond to all three observations at once, rather than picking just one and leaving the others unaddressed.
What makes this combined approach work in practice is that the three pillars are never really separate. A learner in the skills program often becomes a case study for the marketing team. A small business that comes in for a single flyer often returns months later to enroll its staff in a training course. A walk-in customer who only wanted a document printed sometimes leaves having discovered an entire training track they didn't know existed. The hub is designed so that each visit is a doorway into the next stage of someone's digital journey, whether or not they arrived looking for it.
Our Mission
To make practical digital skills, professional online visibility, and everyday digital access available to everyone in the community — regardless of their starting point, budget, or prior technical background.
Our Vision
A community where digital literacy is treated as a basic capability, not a luxury — where a young person can walk out of Habaglos with a skill that pays, a business can walk out with a professional online identity, and a resident can walk out having solved a real, urgent problem in minutes rather than days.
One hub, three ways to move forward
Habaglos Digital Hub is structured around three service pillars that work independently but reinforce one another. Together, they cover the full journey from learning a skill, to marketing a business built on that skill, to handling the everyday digital tasks that keep life moving.
Digital Skills Training
This is the foundation of the hub, and it is where most journeys at Habaglos begin. The training arm is built for real beginners — people who may never have used a computer confidently before — as well as for those looking to sharpen an existing skill into something they can be paid for.
Classes are kept small and practical. Rather than long theoretical lectures, learners spend most of their time on real projects: building an actual website, designing an actual flyer for a real business, managing an actual social media page. The goal is not a certificate that sits in a drawer — it is a portfolio and a skill that can be demonstrated to a client or an employer on day one after graduation.
- Computer Appreciation & Basic IT Skills — typing, file management, internet use, email, and productivity tools for complete beginners.
- Graphic Design — logo design, flyer and poster creation, branding fundamentals, and hands-on use of professional design tools.
- Web Design & Development — building functional, modern websites from scratch, including basic front-end coding.
- Social Media Management — content planning, page setup, growth strategy, and day-to-day handling of business social accounts.
- Data Entry & Office Productivity — spreadsheets, documentation, and administrative digital tools used in most workplaces.
- Video Editing & Content Creation — editing short-form and long-form video content for personal brands and businesses.
Every training track follows the same underlying philosophy, even though the subject matter differs from one course to the next. Instruction begins with the absolute basics, confirmed rather than assumed, so that no learner is left behind in the first week because a term was used that they didn't recognize. From there, each new concept is immediately applied to a small project, rather than being left as an abstract idea to be "understood" before it is ever used. By the middle of a course, learners are typically working on a project modeled closely on real client or workplace work — a business flyer, a functioning landing page, a week's worth of scheduled social content — so that what they build during training becomes the first entry in a portfolio they can show afterward.
Class sizes are intentionally kept small enough that instructors can give individual attention, and schedules are arranged around the reality that many learners are also working, schooling, or running a household. Morning, afternoon, and weekend options exist specifically so that a lack of free time during standard business hours never becomes the reason someone is unable to learn a skill that could change their income.
Digital Marketing Services
A great product or service with no visibility is a secret, not a business. This is the exact problem the digital marketing pillar of Habaglos was built to solve. Many small and growing businesses in the community have strong reputations built over years of word-of-mouth, but almost no structured presence online — no consistent posting, no clear branding, and no strategy to turn followers into customers.
Habaglos works directly with these businesses to build and manage that presence, treating each client's account with the same care as an in-house marketing team would, but at a fraction of the cost of hiring one.
- Social Media Page Setup & Optimization — professional business profiles across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok.
- Content Creation & Scheduling — graphics, captions, and posting calendars designed around each business's brand voice.
- Paid Advertising Management — running and optimizing ad campaigns to reach the right local audience.
- Branding & Logo Design — building a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Search & Local Visibility — helping businesses become easier to find online, including on Google and Google Maps.
- Growth Strategy Consulting — practical, budget-aware advice for business owners who want to understand the "why," not just the "what."
Engagements typically begin with a short conversation rather than a sales pitch: what does this business actually sell, who is the customer it already serves best, and what has stopped it from showing up online consistently so far. That conversation shapes everything that follows, because a boutique clothing shop, a small restaurant, and a tutoring service each need a different tone, a different posting rhythm, and a different definition of a "win." A restaurant may care most about foot traffic on weekends; a tutoring service may care most about inbound messages from parents. The marketing pillar is built to serve the outcome the business actually needs, not a generic template applied to every client the same way.
Clients can choose how involved they want to be. Some prefer a fully managed, "done-for-you" arrangement where the Habaglos team handles everything from content creation to posting and ad management. Others prefer a "done-with-you" approach, where the business owner is trained to eventually manage their own page, with Habaglos providing the initial strategy, templates, and hands-on guidance to get there. Both paths lead to the same destination: a business that is easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to buy from online.
Cyber Café & Digital Access Services
The third pillar is the most immediate and, for many, the most frequently used: everyday cyber café and document services. This is the part of Habaglos that solves the small, urgent digital tasks that make up so much of modern life but are still out of easy reach for a large number of people.
- Browsing & Internet Access — reliable, comfortable internet access for research, communication, and personal use.
- Printing, Scanning & Photocopying — documents, assignments, CVs, business materials, and more.
- Online Form Filling & Registration — support with common portals and applications that many people find confusing to navigate alone.
- Passport Photographs & Laminati
